SALAMANDER IN INDIA FOR THE FIRST TIME – SUCCESSFUL PARTICIPATION IN THE FENSTERBAU/FRONTALE TRADE FAIR IN MUMBAI
From the 25th to the 27th of February 2016 Salamander Industrie-Produkte GmbH (www.sip-windows.com), one of the leading European system-designers and manufacturers of energy-saving quality-window systems produced from PVC, participated at the fensterbau/frontale trade fair in Mumbai for the very first time. Located in the “Centre of Excellence”, the Salamander trade-fair stand proved to be extremely popular among the trade-fair visitors, something which allowed the management to class the company’s participation at the trade fair as being a complete success.
The participation at the fensterbau/frontale trade fair in Mumbai from the 25th to the 27th of February 2016 was an important signal from the profile-system developer from Türkheim/Unterallgäu in south-west Bavaria. As part of the company’s expansion into the Indian window market, Salamander participated in the trade fair with a stand in the “Centre of Excellence” of ift Rosenheims, which turned out to be the main attraction at the trade fair. There the Centre is regarded as the most important communication platform for architects, window manufacturers, developers and experts from the window-construction industry and provides information on the very latest technical innovations and advancements in the form of live presentations, seminars and speeches.

The increasing demand for profile systems in the premium product segment has led Wolfgang Sandhaus, Managing Partner of Salamander Industrie-Produkte, to actively implement relevant expansion measures in the Indian window market. The fact that the Salamander brand is already well known in India in conjunction with the many informative discussions at the trade fair prove that there are promising prospects in India, and also define the future actions that the German system designer will need to undertake.
